05/01/24  NOTE - CHALK ART FEST EVENT CANCELLED
We wanted to try something new this year, but  we found some mistakes made.  Started with ages 17 and above because  we didn't know if we'd get flooded with sign ups or not.  Lessons learned.....next year DON'T schedule it on Art Weekend and open it up to school age kids.  Basically, we threw spaghetti on the wall  and epic fail on sign ups. So, we'll rewrite the recipe and give it a fresh flavor next year!  Instead, we'll bring some chalk anyway and if anyone shows up wanting to draw something fabulous on the sidewalk, they can....there just won't be any prize money offered this year.  STAYED TUNED FOR A BIGGER AND BETTER EVENT NEXT YEAR! :)
